New builds
New Construction Wiring in Lake Forest Park
Mostly tear-downs and infill here, and both reward sizing the service for the next thirty years.
The whole scope, one crew
New building in a city this size is usually a rebuild on an existing lot. That has one useful consequence: the old service is right there to learn from, and you get to size the new one for how the house will actually be used. Sloped, wooded lots add their own work: a longer service entrance, exterior runs to a detached garage, and site lighting that has to be planned rather than added at the end. We are licensed, bonded and insured in Washington, and we take the whole scope — temporary power, service entrance, rough-in, inspections, trim — so there is one figure, one crew and one set of dates.
What is included
Temporary power and the service entrance
Power on site when the trades need it, permanent service established with the utility.
A full rough-in
Every circuit run, boxes set, lighting layout walked with you before anything is covered.
Inspection management
Rough and final inspections filed and attended.
Final trim and handover
Devices, plates and fixtures, tested, panel labelled, paperwork handed over.
Where we fit in
Plans at permit stage
The best moment to involve us; decisions cost nothing to change now.
Framing complete
Rough-in slots into the window between framing and insulation.
Several trades on site
We work to the construction schedule and tell your builder directly if anything moves.
An owner-built project
We are used to owners running their own build and will flag the early decisions.
How the work runs
Price the plans

Rough-in and inspect
Run, walked with you, inspected before close-up.

Fixtures and devices at the end, tested and documented.
Questions about this work
Do you work with our general contractor?
Yes, and most new-build work arrives that way.
Can we change the lighting after rough-in?
Small changes sometimes; anything structural is far cheaper before.
Should we allow for a charger?
On a lot with a detached garage, strongly. Putting conduit in during the build costs very little and retrofitting it costs a great deal.
